Potato-sausage Chowder


  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 cups kale torn into bite size pieces
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 cup pancake mix ( in 1 cup of water-
  • should be runny)
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons Lost Woods Hot Sauce


  1. Cut up potatoes and onion and boil in 1 quart of water in a 3 quart saucepan for 15 minutes. Add bouillon cubes and butter. Partially cook sausage and drain off excess fat. Add sausage, kale and Lost Woods Hot Sauce to pot. Cook for 1/2 an hour on medium. Turn down to simmer and add pancake mix, then milk. Simmer for 1/2 an hour.
  2. P.S. Only tastes good with Lost Woods Hot Sauce. Do not substitute. Enjoy.

Lost Woods Dip


1 pint sour cream

1 pkg powdered ranch mix

1 Tablespoon Lost Woods Hot Sauce

  • more or less depending on desired heat


  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve with favorite cracker or chip. Great for dipping veggies and Lost Woods Hot Wings.

Hot Chicken-Bacon Wraps


  • 2 lbs boneless chicken
  • 1 lb thin sliced bacon
  • Lost Woods Hot Sauce
  • tooth picks


  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Cut bacon in thirds. Wrap bacon around chicken and secure with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle Lost Woods Hot Sauce over them. Bake in 400 degree oven until done, turning once.
